Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the site www.floloveparis.com (hereinafter referred to as a “User”) and the merchant floloveparis.com belonging to the company FLORENCE ROUCHON DIFFUSION , whose registered office is located at the following address: 18, rue des Boulets 75011 PARIS (hereinafter referred to as Flolove Paris) registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 832 020 150 00013

Flolove Paris may occasionally be required to modify certain provisions of its general terms and conditions. These modifications are enforceable from the time they are posted online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general terms and conditions applicable on the date of the order.

By connecting to the site, you agree to comply with the General Conditions as well as the conditions of use contained therein.

The Site allows Flolove Paris to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Flolove Paris or its potential commercial partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to users of the site www.floloveparis.com.

1- Order

To place your order, we provide you with the following means: via the Internet on our e-shop: www.floloveparis.com 24/7

If you place an order via our e-shop site, once you have chosen your Products (size, quantity) and validated your basket, you must:
* read the general conditions of sale
* Once payment for your order has been made, this will formalize in a firm and definitive manner the sales contract which binds you to Flolove Paris.

2- Price

The sales prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs. The Value Added Tax is that in force on French territory.
The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.
The flat rate contribution to delivery costs will be reminded to the user when choosing Products and will be billed to them at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected products.

3- Availability

We will honor the order within the limit of our available stocks. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact the user by email within a maximum of 5 days from the date of your order in order to inform him/her and to indicate within what time frame, this product could, if applicable, be delivered to you. The user can then either maintain his/her order or cancel it.

4- Delivery methods

The user's order will be delivered to the address they provided when placing their order. When the item is available in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined by: the shipping time. Any order placed on the site will be shipped within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times depend on the selected mode of transport.

Shipping costs are fixed and break down as follows:

* France: 12 euros

* Europe: 15 euros

* Rest of the world: 31 euros

Upon receipt of the order, the user will check the conformity of the products received in execution of his order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (namely: missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must imperatively be indicated as soon as possible after receipt of the Products to the Flolove Paris customer service, by writing by email to camille@floloveparis.com - Flolove Paris reserves the right to ask the user to return the non-compliant or damaged product. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Flolove Paris may refuse to serve a subsequent order.

5- Payment

The order will be debited when the order is validated, provided that authorization to debit the account has been obtained in advance from the relevant payment centers, failing which your order cannot be taken into account.

6- Right of withdrawal with reimbursement

You have 14 days to return one or more items to us. Refunds are made upon receipt and inspection of the items, via the same payment method (credit card, Paypal account) as that used when paying for the order.

Return costs are your responsibility, 7.50 euros will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the package.

Items tried on to check size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons. We may apply a dry cleaning fee if the item is not clean.

If you wish to exchange your product or get a refund, please inform our Customer Service of your request by email at camille@floloveparis.com so that your return can be processed in the best possible conditions.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Flolove Paris will reimburse you for the sums you have paid, with the exception of shipping and return costs.
Reimbursement of an item after receipt will be made within 15 days.

Is it possible to exchange for another item?

1. Disputes – Objections

Without prejudice to the guarantees set out in Article 8 below, the user has the possibility of reporting by email to camille@floloveparis.com, any related complaint according to the following criteria:
* Product not received: within 21 days from the date of dispatch of the Product, the Product has not been received by the user.
* Non-compliant product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Product received does not correspond to the Product ordered.
* Damaged Product: Within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Product received is damaged or broken.
Disputes are settled directly between the user and Flolove Paris. The user and Flolove Paris will make their best efforts to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute.
Depending on the case, the declared dispute will give rise either to the return of the Product ordered or to a refund.

1. Guarantees

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods to the contract or to hidden defects, defective Products or those not corresponding to the order will be refunded.
The Products must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).
These guarantees are without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided above.

9- Applicable law

These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be subject to French jurisdiction.
